City’s Mobile Office heads to Factreton in Windermere

This Friday, 19 July 2024, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be providing municipal services at the Factreton Hall in Factreton. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that will be on offer at this office on the day. 

The details are as follows:

• Friday, 19 July 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at Factreton Hall, 163 Sunderland Street, Windermere.
  
   
  The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
   
  
  'We are pleased to bring the City's services closer to the Windermere community. This is a special opportunity, that will also save residents transport money, whilst seeking to resolve any municipal items that they want addressed. Residents are reminded to please bring their IDs or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
